Wayland High Theatre Plans Production of Comedy 'On the Razzle'

The Wayland High School Theatre Ensemble has picked its fall production. Unlike previous years, when WHSTE wrote its own play, the group is going to perform “On the Razzle” by Tom Stoppard, reports the Wayland Student Press.

The students wanted to do “something different” this fall, and their director/teacher Mr. Weingartner, brought up the idea for the piece.

Rehearsals will start in mid-November for “On the Razzle,” which revolves around characters who want to throw caution to the wind. Sophomore Clare Lippincott, the costume designer, told the Wayland Student Press, “It’s really complicated and funny.”
