Harbor Strength Pelvic Health

Residents now have access to specialized pelvic floor physical therapy close to home as Harbor Strength Pelvic Health opens. Founded by Doctor of Physical Therapy Maggie Curtis, Harbor Strength Pelvic Health provides one-on-one care for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, prolapse, core weakness, and other pelvic health concerns. Every treatment plan is personalized, with hour-long appointments focused on helping patients return to the activities they love. For owner Maggie Curtis, opening the clinic is especially meaningful. As a Sudbury native, she's excited to bring specialized pelvic health services back to the community she calls home. "I'm grateful for the opportunity to provide this level of care in the town where I grew up. My goal is to make expert pelvic health physical therapy more accessible so people don't have to travel far to receive the support they deserve." The Downsize for Diversity program was originally started by the 501(c)(3) organization, the Lincoln METCO Coordinating Committee, in Lincoln, MA, and raised $170,000 from 2017 to 2022. This was invested in a policy-driven endowment fund and has earned over $50,000 in investment income.
Since moving to the Boston Bridges Initiative in 2023 Downsize for Diversity has netted over $137,000 in art sales.
