Wayland has voted at three Town Meetings on Minuteman issues in the past year and is withdrawing from the district effective July 2017 along with five other Minuteman member communities, said an announcement from the town. Until then, Wayland is a full member of the MMRVTSD and therefore must hold this referendum; however, Wayland does not have to pay for this capital project.
