Wayland's First Memorial Day Parade Since 2019: Photos
The 2022 Wayland Memorial Day Parade featured veterans, local students, town officials and the American Legion Post's 100th anniversary.
WAYLAND, MA — Wayland hosted its first Memorial Day parade since 2019 last week, featuring a procession of local veterans, student marching bands, town officials and more.
Here's the full lineup from the May 31 parade, according to the Wayland Public Ceremonies Committee:
Morning ceremonies
- 8:30 a.m. — Wayland Veterans Memorial (Wayland Town Building)
- 8:50 a.m. — Wayland North Cemetery (Old Sudbury Road / Route 27)
- 9 a.m. — Biet Olam West (60 Old Sudbury Road / Route 27)
- 9:15 a.m. — Wayland South Cemetery (Cochituate Road / Route 27)
- 9:45 a.m. — WWII Memorial at Lokerville Green (Route 30 and East Plain Street)
