Peisch Wins in Clean Sweep of Precincts

Democrat Alice Hanlon Peisch won re-election to the Wellesley state representative seat.

Democrat Alice Hanlon Peisch was re-elected  to the 14th Norfolk District state representative seat. She defeated GOP candidate Royall H. Switzler by a margin of 7,286 votes to Switzler's 4,083 in Wellesley, according to Town Clerk Kathy Nagle. Peisch won all precincts in the district.

This will be Peisch's fifth term as Wellesley state representitive. Switzler won the nod to represent the GOP as a write-in candidate in the September primary.
