Town Clerk Releases Final Primary Figures
Results provide a precinct by precinct report from meager voter turnout Tuesday.
Town Clerk Kathleen Nagle's final figures for Tuesday's primary races are in and though the outcome of key races hasn't changed, the new figures allow a breakdown of voting in the races by precinct.
The race left State Senator Cynthia Creem victorious over Democratic Challenger Charles Rudnick, and lined Congressman Barney Frank against Republican Sean Beilat.

Creem won 205 (62 percent) votes in Precinct A, 131 (51 percent) in C, 206 (59 percent) in D and 211 (57 percent) in E. Her total in Wellesley was 753 (58 percent).
Rudnick won 98 (29.7 percent) votes in Precinct A, 98 (38 percent) in C, 114 (33 percent) in D and 127 (34 percent) in E. His total in Wellesley was 437 (33 percent).

On the Republican side, write-in candidate Greer Tan Swiston won 3 votes in Precinct A, 11 in C, 9 in D, and 6 in E. Overall, he won 3.6 percent of the vote at 29, with the balance of votes for this post (755) left blank.
Frank won 266 votes (80 percent) in Precinct A, 260 (84.9 percent) in B, 190 (74 percent) in C, 288 (83 percent) in D, 298 (80 percent) in E, 205 (84.7 percent) in F and 176 (90 percent) in G. His total in Wellesley was 1,683 (82 percent).
Brown won 55 votes (16.7 percent) in Precinct A, 39 (12.6 percent) in B, 55 (21 percent) in C, 45 (13 percent) in D, 55 (14 percent) in E, 31 (12.8 percent) in F and 16 (8.2 percent) in G. Her total in Wellesley was 296 (14 percent).
Frank and Brown's Republican counterparts, Sean Bielat and Earl Sholley, won 64.7 percent of the vote and 23 percent, respectively.
Bielat won 115 votes (59 percent) in A, 149 (61 percent) in B, 171 (67 percent) in C, 110 (72 percent) in D, 128 (66 percent) in E, 103 (70 percent) in F and 49 (53 percent) in G.
Sholley won 59 (30 percent) in A, 66 (27 percent) in B, 47 (18.5 percent) in C, 27 (17.7 percent) in D, 39 (20 percent) in E, 32 (21.9 percent) in F and 28 (30 percent) in G.
