Wellesley Girls Hockey Title Bid Ends in Defeat
The Raiders came in second in the Division 2 championship for the third year in a row.

WELLESLEY, MA - In an attempt to snap their streak of falling short in the state title game, the Wellesley girls hockey team took on Notre Dame Academy Sunday morning.
Unfortunately, it wasn't their year.
After letting in an early goal 1:42 into the first period, the Raiders lost to the Cougars 3-1. This is the third year in a row they've made it to the Division 2 championship and come up empty-handed; in 2014 they lost 6-2 to Westwood, followed up by a heartbreaking 3-2 overtime loss to Falmouth last year.
