- 12:30 p.m. - Police responded to a report of Shoplifting, Otis Street. Diana Rosario, 31, 30 Lakeside Ave., No. 6, Worcester, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation. Jose Paulino, 22, 22 Lakeside Ave., Apt. 5, Worcester, was arrested and charged with shoplifting
