6 Percent Turn Out to Vote in Westborough Special State Election

344 came out to vote in the state primary to show support for candidates Kane and Palitsch.

The town of Westborough reported its unofficial results of the special state election for Tuesday, March 3.

In the uncontested races, Republican Hannah Kane pulled in 163 votes, slightly more than Democratic candidate Jason Palitsch, who received 156 in the race for State Representative in 11th Worcester District.

With 5,369 registered voters in Westborough, and 344 voting, it represented six percent of the voters in town.
