9 West Plaza in Westborough Acquired by Linear Retail

Linear Retail Properties, LLC, announced today that it has acquired 9 West Plaza, located at 1 Oak Street in Westborough, MA.

The Plaza is located at the prominent signalized intersection of Route 9 and Lyman Street within Westborough’s primary retail corridor. The 35,800 square foot building is sited on 5.8 acres. Tenants include Sleepy’s, Chipotle, FedEx, Hair Cuttery and Gold’s Gym.
