As a seller's agent, I understand the winning trio: the right price, the right marketing, and the right team to be the most effective at selling for the maximum price. I am assertive and unconventional, going out of my way to ensure each house I sell is presented in the best light possible.
The brokerage I am with, eXp Realty, operates nationally and internationally. At the present, we have offices throughout the US, Canada, UK and Australia. My charity of choice is the Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence (ATASK). Shelters are very scarce in general, and especially for Asian victims due to language and cultural barriers. Although I am blessed to be with my loving husband of more than 30 years, in my previous work as a psychologist, I encountered Asian families who struggle with abusive relationships that impact the very fabric of their families, particularly the long-term psychological and emotional impact on the children. My hope is to assist ATASK build more shelters and provide much needed services to the Asian women and children who often suffer in shame and silence.
