Conservation Commission Meeting

This is to inform you that the Conservation Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday, January 11, 2011, in the Forbes Municipal Building , Room 23, beginning at 7:00 p.m.  This is the agenda for that meeting:

7:00 PM – Hearing- Notice of Intent filed by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, 167 Lyman Street.

7:15 PM – Continued Hearing – Notice of Intent filed by Transflo Terminal Services, Inc at the end of Walkup Drive, Map 22, Parcel 24 & Map 29, Parcel 105.

Other Business: Partial Certificate of Compliance and 2-year extension for EMC, DEP File # 332-781.

The Commission may address other business brought before them.
