Project Graduation Westboro needs decorating volunteers

The Decorating Committee of Project Graduation at Teamworks is looking for volunteers to help prepare the overall atmosphere for the party. This project provides a safe and fun environment for WHS seniors the night of their graduation. For the purpose of this special evening, Teamworks will be transformed into a magical environment with a special theme. This is an enormous undertaking and will require much in the way of materials and volunteers.

A commitment to the decorations committee will require a couple of short meetings in order to organize, formulate a materials list, breakdown tasks and help brainstorm ideas. Open decoration sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. are open where volunteers can sign up for convenient times or just drop in and pick up a paint brush. There will be, in addition, small projects that can be assigned to one or two individuals in the event that someone has a preference to work at home. We appreciate any time that a volunteer can give.

There will be tasks enough for everyone!  Bring friends as well, anytime!
