Agenda:
To consider reuse restrictions for the sale, and the significant change of use of Commonwealth land totalling 21.4 +/- acres of land (with improvements), a portion of the former Lyman School for Boys, that has been determined to be surplus to the needs of the Commonwealth, and disclose the conditions and reasons for the proposed sale of said land. Said land, comprised of five parcels, is located on Oak St. and the North side of route 9 and the East side of Milk St.
