The Last Survivor

This is a showing of the award-winning documentary film, "The Last Survivor."

"Hailed by critics as 'staggeringly powerful,' The Last Survivor is an illuminating and ultimately uplifting film that follows the lives of survivors from the Holocaust, Rwanda, Darfur and Congo, as they seek to remind the world, and each other, that we all share a common bond – our humanity."

Special guest Jean Luc Dushime, "a noted photographer who is a survivor of the Rwandan Genocide will share his inspirational story of how he and his family fled Rwanda and walked the Congo for 7 months. Learn how his family recently reunited in the U.S. after years apart."
