Therapeutic Yoga for People Living with Chronic Pain

This 6 week Yoga class has been designed for people who are living with chronic pain.  The goal is to decrease the stress and increase harmony with body, breath and mind.   I will be  offering some tools to deal with pain and stress and help you get started with your personal practice of yoga.

This class will  include gentle stretching with emphasis on proper breathing at chair and standing level.   Please call to ensure a place.  Limited to 8 students.
