Children and parents enjoyed dozens of activities.
For three hours on Saturday, Oct. 15, elementary school age children and their parents enjoyed an action packed Fall afternoon at ’s Family Fun Day.
Highlights of the annual event included a bounce house, obstacle course, the ever popular cake walk, crafts and face painting.
Magician Jason Kallio’s magic show provided many oooh’s and aaaaah’s from the audience. After the show, Kallio fascinated a long line of children who waited for one of his clever balloon creations.

The annual event, put on by the Fales Parent Group, also included a raffle with dozens of prizes, including themed baskets, teacher donated parties, passes to local attractions, area businesses, sports items, arts and crafts, electronics and more.
Fales Parent Group President Kimberly Martin-Girard and Fales Principal Maryann Stannard were both thrilled that the rain held off for most of the event and were delighted with the turnout. The fundraiser usually brings in close to $4,000. Proceeds from Family Fun Day support a variety of enrichment programs.
