Firm Renews Lease of 116,000 SF

A managed print and promotional marketing firm has renewed its lease of 116,000 square feet of office and warehouse space off Otis Street in Westborough.

WorkflowOne leases part of a 164,000-square-foot building at 1-5 Sassacus Drive from TA Associates Realty, according to a press release today from Cresa Boston, which represented WorkflowOne on the deal.
