Former EMT Accused of Stealing, Using Drugs While At Work
The man transported patients after allegedly injecting drugs into his system, including a woman from Whittier Rehabilitation Center to MetroWest Medical Center.
A former EMT for an ambulance company in Leominster faced allegations in Westborough District Court on Tuesday that he stole drugs from patients and then used them, the Worcester Telegram & Gazette reports.
Luther Henshaw, 25, of 32 Yale St., Gardner, now faces a Nov. 21 pre-trial hearing.
The story said Henshaw allegedly used drugs then transported patients to hospitals, including an 84-year-old woman taken from Whittier Rehabilitation to a Framingham hospital.
