Full Day Kindergarten Lottery Announced

Two of the three Westborough elementary schools will hold a lottery for the 2012-2013 full day kindergarten program. The programs at both and are oversubscribed.

The lottery will be held in an open forum on Wednesday, March 28 at 10 a.m. in room 23 on the second floor of the Forbes Municipal Building, 45 West Main St.

At that time, student names will be drawn and a number will be assigned to each indicating the wait list order. Parents are welcome to attend the meeting, but it is not required. Telephone calls will be made to the families of all children whose names are drawn.

There are full day spaces at to accommodate students on the waitlist. Questions should be directed to the assistant superintendent’s office at 508-836-7700, ext. 1024.
