Grand Opening For Sushi Restaurant Today

Westborough's newest sushi restaurant holds its grand opening today.

The Sakehana Asian Cuisine and Sushi Bar is on the rotary, at 21 South St., the former Hisa Japanese Cuisine site.

The Sakehana will be open seven days a week, according to the restaurant's website: 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

"As Westborough's Asian restaurant to emphasize local and seasonal fare, we pride ourselves in providing artful food with finest ingredients and fresh products," the website says.

"We are dedicated to sustainability both on our menu and in our restaurant design. It is our aim to provide freshly reinterpreted Asian cuisine in a relaxed, modern setting."
