Here's a Good Way to Get Rid of Your Clothes, Blankets and More

A Westborough Girl Scout Troop is hosting its annual textile recycling event.

Time to get rid of your clothes, stuffed animals, material, sheets, comforters, scatter rugs, shoes and backpacks.

Westborough Girl Scout troop 30633 is holding a textile recycling event on Saturday, Nov. 21, at Westborough High School from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donations may be dropped off at the main entrance.

At 2 p.m., the truck from Bags2School will pick up the donations.

“The textile recycling events held by the troop have been very successful,” said an organizer. “The 21 members of the troop are planning for a trip in June 2016. The troop members is providing babysitting services and collecting cans and bottles for the refund.
