Library HVAC Work Tops September Building Permits

The Westborough Public Library's heating and ventilation work received a building permit on Sept. 17, according to the building department's permit log.

Here are some of the other highlights of the building permit log for September, through Thursday morning:

On Sept. 4, Twenty-Four Hundred LLC and Uno Restaurants each took out a permit for a wall sign. Twenty-Four Hundred LLC took out the permit for 2400 Computer Drive, while Uno Restaurants took one out for 225 Turnpike Road.

On Sept. 6, the Orchard Hill Condo Association, took out a permit for  8, 10, 16, 18. 21 and 25 Baldwin Court, to install an ice and water barrier around the entry.

Also on Sept. 6, Casa Builders took out permits for duplexes at Building 34B 9-11 Golden Court,  Building 34A 5-7 Golden Court and Building 35 1-3 Golden Court.

On Sept. 12, Ken Walker requested a zoning interpretation for 89 Bowman St.

Also on Sept. 12, National Development took out a permit for 25 Research Drive, for sixth floor office partitions.

On Sept. 19, Westboro Interiors took out a permit for two tents for 1700 West Park Drive.

The same day, Extended Stay America took out a permit for a ground sign for 1800 East Main St., and wall signs for that address and for 19 Connector Road.

On Sept. 20. Turnpike Realty Trust took out a permit for interior demolition at 88 Turnpike Road.
