Monday, April 30

Ryan Botelho, 26, of 110C Ridgefield Circle, Clinton, was arrested Feb. 25 by Massachusetts State Police in Westborough and charged with OUI, second offense, and marked lanes violation for an incident on the Mass Pike. Judge Vito Virzi found him guilty on the first charge, placed him on probation to May 1, 2014 and ordered him to lose his license for two years. He was ordered to complete a 14-day treatment program, cannot use alcohol and will be subject to random screenings. Botelho was found responsible on the second charge, which was filed.

Kyle G. Thomas, 53, of 70 South St. #1, Westborough, was summonsed to on a complaint Feb. 8 by and charged with driving with a suspended registration and driving with a suspended license. Virzi dismissed both charges upon payment of $200 in court costs for each charge.

Wednesday, May 3

Brittany J. Smith, 23, of 10 Senate Rd. Apt. B, Milford, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 12 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Virzi dismissed both charges, with $200 court costs to be paid for each charge.

Antonio D. Dearaujo, 53, of 2240 Washington St., Holliston, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 16 by Westborough police and charged with driving an unlicensed motor vehicle and a sign/signal state highway violation. Virzi dismissed the first charge upon payment of $800 in fees and found him responsible and filed the second charge.

Dora E. Sagastume, of 135 E. Main St., Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Nov. 22 by Westborough police and charged with assault and battery. Virzi dismissed the charge.

Stephanie M. Cancel, 20, of 79 Linden St. #38, Brooklyn, NY, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 18, 2011 by Westborough police and charged with possession of counterfeit notes, larceny over $250, uttering a counterfeit note and conspiracy. Virzi found nolle prosequi (no prosecution) on all charges. She was charged in connection with an alleged effort to pass counterfeit bills at the in Westborough to purchase merchandise, which she would then return for real money at another Target, according to the police report.

Kerry A. Thyne, 23, of 108 D St., Lowell, was arrested Oct. 11 by Westborough police and charged with possession of a class A drug. Virzi found sufficient facts and continued the case without a finding to April 30, 2013. She was ordered to remain drug-free, subject to random screenings, and to pay $50 in fees.

Thursday May 3

Leslie P. Fristoe, 27, of 31 Granby Rd., Apt. 3, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 30 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended registration and driving uninsured. Virzi dismissed both charges upon payment of $200 for each charge.

Francis Mzee, 42, of 138 Ingleside Ave. Apt. 3, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 3 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle. Virzi dismissed the first charge upon payment of $600 court costs. He found him responsible on the second charge, which was filed.

Timothy J. Costello, 44, of 407 Windsor Ridge Drive, Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 21 by Southborough police and charged with OUI liquor, driving negligently and driving with a license. Virzi found sufficient facts on the first case, continued the case without a finding to May 2, 2013, with one year of probation, substance abuse evaluation and any needed treatment and aftercare. He dismissed the other two charges.

Friday, May 4

Isaac M. Mutesasira, 20, of 297 Turnpike Rd., Apt. 6, Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 29 and charged with having no inspection sticker and driving with a suspended license. Virzi continued the case to June 20.

Steven Gaspari, 27, of 8 Water St., Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Dec. 16 by Westborough police and charged with OUI liquor, failure to stop/yield and failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of a name/address change. Virzi found sufficient facts on the first charge, continued the case without a finding to May 2, 2013, ordered him to lose his license for 45 days, to undergo substance abuse treatment and aftercare and to pay $600 in fees. He was found not responsible on the other charges.
