Westborough Town Manager Jim Malloy will present his proposed budget and capital plan to selectmen Tuesday night.
The presentation is scheduled for 6:40 p.m. at Westborough Town Hall.
The Westborough School Committee voted Dec. 19 to seek a 3.07 percent budget increase next year, which is less than the 3.67 percent initially recommended by Superintendent Marianne O'Connor.
The $42,694,208 request does not include a new school transportation fee.

Malloy is scheduled to review his budget with the advisory finance committee at 7:10 p.m. next Monday, Jan. 14 at town hall.
