Registered Level 3 Sex Offender Arrested for Exposing Himself to Passing Cars
A registered sex offender in Westborough was allegedly scantily clad while exposing himself to cars.
WESTBOROUGH, MA—Westborough police were called to the area of 204 Flanders Road on Sunday around 9:18 a.m. to calls reporting that a scantily clad mad was exposing himself to vehicles that passed by.
Investigations led to an address on Flanders Road, where registered sex offender Joseph E. Laplante, 48, lives. The description matched that of witnesses, said police.
Laplante was charged with open and gross lewdness (subsequent offense), lewd and lascivious conduct, disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.

He was booked at the Westborough Police Department and was released on $300 cash bail for his appearance in Westborough District Court Monday morning.
