Town Holds Affordable Housing Lottery for Townhouses at Park Place

Applications are being accepted for the affordable housing lottery in the 55-plus community at Park Place in Westborough.

These townhouses are listed at $178,300.

The homes have three bedrooms, 2 and a half baths and are pet friendly.

At least one household member must be at least 55 to be eligible, and income limits (depending on how many people) range from $44,750 to $63,900.

There is an informational meeting scheduled for April 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the Forbes Building. Applications are due by April 28.
