The Westborough Public Library presents local author Dr. Nick Trout, on June 19, at 7 p.m. He will talking about his new book, “Dog Gone, Back Soon”. This event will be the kickoff to the “Literary Elements”, adult summer reading program.
Dr. Trout is a staff surgeon at Angell Animal Medical Center and is the author of three nonfiction books, “Tell Me Where it Hurts,” Love is the Best Medicine”, and “Ever by my Side”. His first novel, “The Patron Saint of Lost Dogs,” was a Boston Globe bestseller. He also writes the “Second Opinion” column for Bark Magazine.
Copies of his book will be available for purchase and signing. Sign-up information will also be available for the “Literary Elements” online adult summer reading program which begins on June 23.
