The MVP program, established in 2017, provides funding for climate-resilience planning across the state. Currently, 99 percent of communities in the state are participating in the program, and more than $200 million has been awarded for local planning and projects.
In Westborough, the funding will help support climate resilience by building off the MVP 1.0 plan.
