Westborough Resident Joins Sullivan Campaign

Republican U.S. Senate candidate Mike Sullivan has added Westborough resident and former town official Lydia Goldblatt to his campaign team.
Goldblatt is the campaign's new deputy campaign manager for voter contact and turnout, Sullivan said in a press release today.
Goldblatt served on the Westborough School Committee from 1987 to 1996, and on the Westborough Board of Selectmen from 2000 to 2012, Sullivan said.

She also served as deputy state director and director of constituent services for Sen. Scott Brown from 2009 through 2012, and was Gov. Mitt Romney's chairman of the Civil Service Commission from 2004 through 2007, Sullivan noted.
Goldblatt was the Romney-Healey campaign's statewide volunteer coordinator in 2002 and 2003, Sullivan said.

"I'm absolutely thrilled at the energy and organizational skills that Lydia brings to our campaign," Sullivan said.
"I have tremendous respect for her work on behalf of Sen. Brown and Gov. Romney through the years."
Sullivan greeted voters at Westborough's March 16 annual town meeting.
