Westborough Seeks Proposals for Energy-Related Consulting

The Town of Westborough seeks proposals from qualified, interested parties to provide energy-related consultant services for management of the Town of Westborough’s municipal aggregation program, according to a post on the town’s site.

A responding Consultant shall submit: (1) original and (2) hard copies, as well as one (1) single-file electronic copy (on a portable media), of its Response according to the requirements set forth for the format described herein.
