Westborough Space Gets First Occupant in Six Years

A Westborough building vacant for six years has an occupant.

Pall Corporation, "a filitration company specializing in life science," will occupy the space at 20 and 26 Walkup Drive, off Flanders Road, Alexandria Real Estate Equities Director of Asset Services John Pauly told selectmen Tuesday night.

"It's a win-win situation, for them and for us," Selectman Denny Drewry said.

Selectmen approved parking lot improvements for the site following a site plan review public hearing Tuesday night at Westborough Town Hall.
