"These barrels contain sealant, as for tar surfaces such as a parking lot or a drive way," Palmer said.
"They belong to the landlord who used our name, as we are the biggest tenant in the plaza. Apparently, there will be parking lot maintenance -- regular everyday maintenance--in the lot sometime soon."
