Prosecutors said Lamarre, Deluca, and Mitchell left a house party in Littleton early on the morning of Sept. 2, 2012. Lamarre was driving his 2001 Ford truck, with Deluca and Mitchell in the passenger seats. Sometime before 5:20 a.m., Lamarre struck a utility pole on Great Road in Littleton. Deluca and Mitchell were thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene. Lamarre was not hurt.
