Bike Day At The Spellman Museum

Hitch family bikes and head to the Spellman Museum of Stamps
& Postal History at Regis College in Weston for the First Annual Museum
Bike Day on Sunday June 15.   Bikers are
encouraged to park at the Museum and then ride the back roads and trails around
Weston, Wayland, Wellesley, Sudbury and other communities.  They can then visit the Museum either before
or after their ride.  The Museum will be
open from 10:00 to 5:00 with plenty of free parking.  Bicycle clubs are most welcome.

There will be many activities for families including arts and
crafts with stamps and stamp hunts, games and puzzles for prizes. A special
exhibit of “Bicycles on Stamps” will be up your bike rack on the back of the
car, tie up the displayed along with other stamp exhibits and the Museum store will
be selling stamps featuring bicycles. Visitors will also be asked to design
their own bicycle stamp to hang in the Museum’s main gallery. All bikers will
receive a discounted admission fee and refreshments will be available.

Bike Day Sunday is a great way to celebrate Father’s Day with
the whole family.
