Casual Restaurant Chain Moving Headquarters To MA

The business is set to move its corporate headquarters to Massachusetts next year as part of a broader company restructuring.

WESTON, MA — A fast-casual restaurant chain is set to move its corporate headquarters to Massachusetts next year as part of a broader company restructuring.

Panera Bread will open a new headquarters in Weston in July 2027 while maintaining a St. Louis support center, according to a company memo to support center employees obtained by Patch. Many St. Louis Support Center and remote roles will be relocated to Weston, although the company did not specify how many jobs will be affected.

The move is tied to Panera RISE, the company’s transformation strategy focused on growth, faster decision-making and a more unified corporate culture, according to the memo.
