Farm.Field.Sea: An Island Culinary Adventure and Dinner

Eating out at every meal while on vacation can get a tad repetitive, so this summer why not switch it up and take a food-fueled adventure on Martha’s Vineyard?

On the excursion we will harvest vegetables with North Tabor Farm, gut fish with the Menemsha Fish House, shuck oysters with Honeysuckle Oyster Farm, prepare a meal with Island Chef Chris Fischer, and finally gather around a communal table to dine alfresco. His recent feature in Bon Appetit is a perfect snapshot into what you will experience on Farm.Field.Sea.

In its second year, Farm.Field.Sea. was created with the goal of sharing share the knowledge of food’s origins and the people behind it. Bringing guests in direct contact with talented community of farmers, fishermen and purveyors powering the island’s sustainable food system. Instead of experiencing food from the table, we invite you to roll up your sleeves, get a little grit under your nails and join Farm.Field.Sea.
