Weston 5th OUI Case Among Middlesex Grand Jury Indictments

WESTON, MA – One case with ties to Weston was among the latest round of indictments in Middlesex County. District Attorney Marian Ryan announced on Thursday indictments handed down between Jan. 31 and March 2.

The case involves a Rhode Island suspect charged with a fifth OUI offense. Below is a look at the indictment:

Kerry Rollins, 57, of Woonsockett, Rhode Island, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, 5th offense, operating a stolen motor vehicle, subsequent offense, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and leaving the scene of property damage. The Assistant District Attorney is Maren Schrader.
