A Dorchester Municipal Court judge ordered Agrinsoni to a Bridgewater mental health hospital for evaluation Wednesday after a court psychologist said he seemed unable to understand why he was in court.

Prosecutors say Agrinsoni has a history of exposing himself. Police say he was doing that Tuesday night in the Blue Hill Avenue area. He was later arrested in the area of Tennis Road.
