Free Eat Well Supermarket Tour

Learn how to navigate your local supermarket to choose the best foods for your health needs!

Has your doctor prescribed you to follow a heart-healthy, diabetic or low sodium diet? Do you need help with choosing foods at the supermarket to follow this diet? On this fun and informative tour, a registered dietitian will help you to find the ingredients you need and leave confidently with a shopping cart tailored to your health needs. You will learn how to read food labels, find the most nutrient-rich foods, and discuss trendy new health products.

Location: Roche Brothers, 1800 Centre Street, West Roxbury, Tuesday May 12, 11-12pm. Meet in the cafe by the front entrance.

Presented by Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital’s Nutrition Clinic and Community Health and Wellness Department. Registration is required to attend. There is a 10 person limit per tour.
