Waves Car Wash Participating in National Debt Fundraiser

's owner Adam Korngold is always thinking, um, outside of the proverbial carwash. Thus his business is participating in a new website that wants to "cleanup the debt crisis and your car for a $10 donation."

Presdent Barack Obama and House Speaker John Boehner continue to warn America and our political leaders about what happens if America defaults.

The debt ceiling of $14.3 trillion is about to be reached in early
August and if Congress doesn't authorize the ceiling to be raised, the government may not be able to pay its bills, such as Social Security checks.  

With that in mind, Washforacause.com is a website with more than 60 car washes across New England that rewards people who donate a mere $10 with a coupon for a car wash. The website was created by the not-for-profit New England Carwash Association.
