First Parish of Westwood, a congregation of the United Church of Christ, cordially invites all to journey through the mystery of Holy Week to the glory of Easter by participating in their Holy Week worship services.
Palm Sunday - April 13th: Gather in the Meeting House at 10AM for a worship service that celebrates Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem. This marks the beginning of Holy Week, when Christians follow Jesus through the final days of his journey to the cross.
Maundy Thursday - April 17th: At 7:30PM worshippers are invited to remember the last evening Jesus shared with his disciples in the upper room and in the garden before his arrest and crucifixion.

Good Friday - April 18th: From 5-8PM the sanctuary will be open to all who wish to reflect on the day's significance in the Christian tradition or their own lives, through a meditative installation of word, art, symbols and music. This is a self-guided experience which will allow everyone to move at his or her own pace.
Easter Sunday - April 20th: At 10AM we will fill our Meeting House with colorful flowers and glorious music to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. Rejoice with us!
