NOTICE OF ADVANCED REMOVAL OF EARLY VOTED BALLOTS FROM ENVELOPES AND ADVANCED DEPOSITING OF EARLY VOTED BALLOTS

In accordance with the Secretary of States regulations 950 CMR 47.12 (Processing Early Voting Ballots) and under the provisions of section 7(k) of Chapter 115 of the Acts if 2020, the Town of Westwood will be removing early voting ballots from their envelopes and depositing these ballots in the ImageCast vote tabulator on Sunday, November 1, 2020 in the Jaillet Meeting Room, Westwood Police station, 588 High Street beginning at 8:00AM. This shall include all early voting ballots received through Saturday, October 31, 2020.

As Town offices remain closed to the public, we respectively ask that observers register by emailing townclerk@townhall.westwood.ma.us in advance of this Early Voting Processing Session.
