The Westwood Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 7:00 PM a remote meeting through Zoom due to the COVID-19 state of emergency and in compliance with the Governor’s March 12, 2020 Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law MGL C. 30A, §18 and the Governor’s March 23 Emergency Order imposing limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place. The meeting will be filmed live by Westwood Media Center available for viewing on Comcast channel 12 and Verizon channel 42. Those wishing to participate are encouraged to use Zoom.

1. 425 Providence Highway, Prime Motor Group Mercedes of Westwood - EIDR* Public Hearing. Applicant proposes facade and roof line changes to existing building.

2. Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP) Continued Public Hearing. The OSRP was conditionally approved by MA Division of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) July 2019. DCR requested some further information and edits. This hearing has been continued to May 12th to allow time for review and re-submit.
