1. 100 High Street - EIDR Public Hearing - Applicant proposes to construct new parking area in rear of property containing 37 parking spaces with connection from the existing parking lot behind the existing commercial building.

2. 213 Fox Hill Street WCOD-EIDR* Public Hearing - T-Mobile proposes to replace 6 antennas, add 3 new antennas, remove 6 remote radio heads, and remove 3 hybrid cables to upgrade existing telecommunications equipment located on the water tank.

3. 290, 294 & 298 Summer Street EMM EIDR * Public Hearing. Applicant proposes to import more than 200 cubic yards of earth material to construct two new single family homes on the vacant lots at 290, 294, & 298 Summer St. - Applicant request continuance to Tuesday, September 21 meeting to allow more time for plan revisions. The Board will vote on the request & announce new date, time, and location.

4. 66 Skyline Drive-EMM EIDR Public Hearing. Applicant proposes to import more than 200 cubic yards of earth material to construct a tennis court in back yard.

5. Zoning Initiatives and Zoning Amendment Public Working Session. Public Meeting.
