Call to Order: 7:00 pm. Chair will explain meeting procedures.

1. 281 University Ave. University Station - Conformance Determination & Consistency Review. Proposal for facade changes for Five Below at vacant tenant space.

2. 472 & 480 Summer St. - Discussion of Special Permit for shared driveway. Field change modifications relative to 2017 approved shared driveway special permit. Consideration of temporary occupancy and minor modifications to approved special permit plan.

3. 166 East Street- Norfolk Golf Course-EIDR* Public Hearing - Applicant proposes exterior renovation including new roof, siding and windows at club house. Modified walkway and landscaping and new exterior service staircase from kitchen to lower lounge. Public Hearing Notice

4. Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP)- Continued Public Hearing. Last continued from July 21, 2020. The Planning Board submitted a final revised plan to the MA Division of Conservation Services (DCS) after the July 21st meeting and continued this hearing in anticipation of a final review response by the MA DCS.
