Westwood Police Log: Several Unlicensed Motorists Cited

July 27, 6:36 a.m. – Westwood Police stopped a motorist on Nahatan Street after the operator of a 1997 Acura was seen improperly passing another vehicle on the road.

After speaking to the operator, a 27-year-old male from Norwood, police found that he did not have a valid Massachusetts driver's license. The driver was cited, and his car was towed.

July 27, 3:12 p.m. – Police stopped another motorist on High Street near the Bubbling Brook Restaurant last week.

The driver, a 43-year-old male from Hyde Park, was cited for unlicensed operation of a vehicle and for an inspection sticker violation. The car, a 1991 Toyota Camery, was towed from the scene.
