My name is Jane Mason and Ann-Marie Baker from Molisse Realty Group was our Realtor for the sale of our house in Holbrook.

We started working with Ann-Marie three years ago when we first thought we would be selling our house. She came and explained everything to us. Although we were not able to put our house on the market for another year, Ann-Marie came back when we were ready and worked with us again to put the house on the market. We had to take the house off the market in December due to family situations. Ann-Marie was kind and supportive during that time. We were able to put the house back on the market in July and had two offers the day of the open house.

All was going very well until a few days before our closing was scheduled. Due to unforeseen complications, Ann-Marie spent the next ten days going above and beyond dealing with the bank, title company, and the buyers lender. The buyers thanked her at the closing for getting them information they could not get from their own people.

It was a very stressful time for everyone, but Ann-Marie was always calm and professional. She got the job done. I wanted to tell you what an asset we feel she is to Molisse Realty. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
