On Thursday, October 15th at 6:30pm Weymouth Public Schools Social Emotional Learning team will be hosting our first Caregiver Virtual Resource Fair! October’s resource fair will feature Talk Saves Lives, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s standardized education program that provides participants with a clear understanding of suicide, including the most up-to-date research on suicide prevention, and what they can do in their communities to save lives. Participants will learn common risk factors and warning signs associated with suicide, and how to keep themselves and others safe. The training will be held via Zoom and is a collaboration with the Plymouth County Suicide Prevention Coalition.
