Donna Mac will introduce you to the Six Pillars of Effective Communication a “universal system” which helps you “find and speak your voice” so you can become a more effective salesperson and representative for your company, products, services and yourself! The Six Pillars will help you become a trusted advisor while sharpening the imperative skills of listening, speaking and relationship building with even the most challenging personalities!
Attendees will begin to learn how to:
Prepare and Structure communication that leads to sales
Speak based on audience need
Ask for the sale while being comfortable in their own skin.

Donna Mac is a veteran broadcaster, working on stations in Boston and Providence and Worcester for more than 20 years. Donna established DMacVoice & Media in 2003 and is a corporate communications trainer, media producer and professional speaker. Donna helps people develop the professional & authentic communication skills of the workforce in this very busy, electronic world…from executive presence to employee and customer engagement to speaking on camera. Donna is also a member of the Massachusetts Workforce Development team and an adjunct faculty member of Bristol Community College. (usually ends here...)
